Personality

Black Lid is extremely manipulative and sarcastic, and enjoys causing pain towards others. He also seems to be very spiteful, lashing out at anyone who defies him. In addition, he also has a brusque fuse and seems to only tolerate the other members of the organization. He has a massive ego, looking down on other villains he feels are inferior to him.

Appearance

Series

Black Hat wears a black superlative chapeau with a maroon band (along with a menagerie of other hats underneath), as well as donning a rimless monocle. He has somewhat dark greyness peel, abrupt, pointy teeth with a green tint, and a forked tongue. He wears a blackness trench glaze with inner reddish lining, a lite grayness waistcoat, dark grey pants, a red dress shirt and a black necktie.   • Singing: He has the ability to proficiently sing. He also tends to brand people become insane with his singing.[6]
  • Burn down Manipulation: Black Chapeau is able to manifest flames at will, incinerating i of Flug's airplane miniatures that he caught on his hand (in ane of the Villainous Comics). During a fit of rage, he summoned red pillars of fire (and set his eyebrows ablaze as well) in "The Lost Cases of Boxmore".
  • Shadow Manipulation: As shown in "The Lost Cases of Elmore", Black Hat can teleport via his shadow. He also can transform his shadow into a cane.
  • Telekinesis: In the aforementioned episode, Blackness Chapeau is shown to have the ability to choke people by only using his mind. He does this to Dr. Flug as a warning for him non to boast about himself.
  • Conditions Manipulation: In "Villainy In Monte Macabre", Black Hat summoned a thunderstorm in anticipation for his arrival.
